C.S. Osborne Harness Needles - egg eye. Used for hand sewing with thread. Great for Maine Thread and Ritza 25 Tiger Thread. 5 Needles per package.

Harness Needles vs. Glovers Needles

  • Harness needles have a rounded tip. More often used on leather where holes are pre-made with pricking irons or punches.
  • Glovers needles have a sharped tip. More often used with canvas or fabric where pre-made holes are not needed. Can be used on leather but will take more force to pierce through the leather.

Tried some new needle's, bought the size for . 6mm and the one for . 8-1. 0mm. Found them to be good quality, were easy to thread and had just the right amount of a point. I'll buy them again from Buckleguy and you wouldn't be disappointed if you do too

The needles are perfect, and when ordered with Ritz Tiger thread they are perfectly to size. I've had issues in the past about thread not fitting into the needle's eye but this has solved all of them.
