To initiate a return from outside the United States please follow the steps below.
- Mark your packing slip with “Return for Refund”
- Include the packing slip in the box with the items to send back.

- Once received, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Some Facts to Note About Returns with Buckleguy:
- 30 Day Return Policy: If you return an item within 30 days, we will provide the refund to the original payment method equivalent to the price you paid for the item(s).
- Items must be in their original packaging and in new resalable condition.
- The following cannot be returned:
- Riri zipper tape as these are custom cut for your order.
- Opened bags of Chicago screws, grommets, snap fasteners, and rivets.
- Leather PDF templates
- Buckleguy does not work with exchanges, so please place a new order for the items you need.
- Buckleguy does not refund the original cost of shipping
- Buckleguy aims to provide you with the refund/store credit within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your items back.
- **It is up to Buckleguys discretion to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% on large returns**
