Good substitute for corner and strap end punches
If you're like me and can't afford to spend a ton of money on a variety of sizes of strap end and corner punches, this works well for marking those out with a scratch awl. Other than that im not really sure what you'd use it for unless you had a reason for making circles in leather like cutting wash...
