Koosie, Acrylic Template

I liked this template. It was hard to sew at first but after you did a few you got it hang of it . It will not fit the Coors 12 oz can . It is for a standard size can.

Worked out great on my first go. Learned both box stitching and baseball stitching to complete it as well. I found punching a little 5mm hole in the bottom center keeps it from creating a suction effect on the can.

I am really new to this and this project was the confidence booster I needed. The instructions are clear and concise. I used Fiebings mahogany dye and cream 1.2mm Ritza tiger thread on these. Works great Have made several koozies. Family really appreciated them. I had to order a replacement though, the material does not handle being dropped on a concrete floor very well. Just handle the template with care.

Great help and something I had been looking for as I am not a fan of paper templates.

Such a fun template. First time making a baseball stitch, and I don’t think it could have gone any better. Clear instructions, sturdy template, and a fun project. Fit a beer can like a glove!
