Discounted full pallet of assorted leather scrap from our production floor. Get bulk leather from a variety of top global tanneries at the lowest price per per pound. Remnants may include attached hardware pieces or other semi-finished items.

• Scrap bundles come with both large and small remnant pieces cut from all areas of the hide. These pieces are great for small leather items, trim, repairs, practice, and many other projects.

Weights: Mixed ranging from 2.5-3 oz (Thickness: 1.0-1.2mm --- 3/64") to 10-12 oz (Thickness: 4.0-4.8mm --- 5/32"-3/16")

Grade: Scrap comes from our #1 and #2 (Standard & Utility) leather sides. Please note that scrap remnants will often come with imperfections. In some cases of exclusive leathers, sides are Tannery Run.

Delivery: Leather is shipped boxed on a pallet and will need to be delivered by a freight truck with a lift gate.

How much scrap leather will I get?

How many pieces of leather are in each scrap box depends on the weight/thickness of the leather and how heavy the box is. Below are just examples of typical yields for scrap leather boxes. Every box is unique and contains pieces of many varying shapes, sizes, and usability.

• Light Weight (2.5-7.5oz) – Approx. 5 sq ft per pound
• Mixed Weight (2.5-12oz) – Approx. 3-3.5 sq ft per pound
• Heavy Weight (8-12oz) - Approx. 2.5 sq ft per pound

Is scrap leather a deal?

Yes! Our scrap leather boxes are made up of the same quality leathers we sell as full sides, just marked down because of the odd shapes of the pieces. Pricing is based on a set price per pound, then discounted based on leather weight and volume.
