30-day hassle-free return policy! All Buckleguy products are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days, please let us know so we can take care of you. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value. We can also offer store credit if you prefer. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that the returned items need to be in the original packaging as it was shipped out to you in order to receive a refund. We will not accept returns of Riri zippers as these are custom cut for your order. We only will accept returns on unopened Grommets, Snaps and Rivets.
When you send the items back please include the original invoice or your name and order number inside the package so we know who to refund. You can use the same packaging or your own. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We don't have an exchange policy at this time, please place another order on the website for the items you need in exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All orders include a $5.00 handling fee, this fee is included in the cost of shipping.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If the site is not accepting your shipping destination, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to add your location to our shipping locations.
When you place an order, we will email you a tracking # so you can track your package once it ships from out warehouse.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
*Overnight FedEx orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. If you need your items delivered on Saturday, please give us a call and we can arrange for the Saturday delivery at an additional cost.
First-Class mail is the only shipping option not insured so please choose your shipping wisely!
Taxes and duty fees are standard for all shipments entering Canada. It breaks down to Canada's federal and provincial sales tax and is assessed by province on the actual cost of the goods in the shipment. For example, in Ontario the customer will pay around 13% of the value. This amount goes directly to the Canadian gov't. This fee is charged to the customer once the package arrives in Canada, it is not included in the cost on our website. There is also a fee charged by the shipping company to cover paperwork etc for brokering the parcel through customs. For USPS/Canada Post, this fee is pretty small, $5 - $10. UPS, FedEx etc., brokerage starts at $35 and doubles as the cost of the goods goes up. Hence why we usually prefer to have our shipments sent USPS as opposed to UPS to Canada. Canadian customers pay these amounts on all of buckleguy packages and just about anything coming from outside Canada.
Buckleguy.com LLC terms are ex-warehouse. International customers are responsible for all taxes, fees, duties, brokerage fees, etc. once the package leaves the warehouse and for importing the items into their country.
