Needed a replacement for my grandfather's palm sewing tool. Still functional but wanted to replace before it failed. New one is great just that thumb hole was to small and I had to enlarge it

I’ve wanted one of these for years. I’ve just thought oh make my holes bigger in the leather or just use pliers, it’s fine, don’t spend money on this you don’t need it. I’m not a sailmaker and rarely sew heavy canvas, this isn’t for me. That’s how I used to think. I love this thing. ...
