The BG leather edge beveler is made with a BG custom designed cocobolo wood handle that fits comfortably in hand for long stretches of beveling. The blade is hand sharped, mirror polished, and made with DC53 steel that will hold up and remain sharper for longer.

We provide a general guideline below for which beveler works with which leather thickness. Of course, you can always use a smaller beveler on a heavier leather if you prefer a minor edge bevel on a thick leather.
