Renia Aquilim SG Polyvinyl Acetate Dispersion (Water-Based PSA Adhesive)
Renia Aquilim SG is a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive made for leathercraft, footwear, and general workshop use. This professional-grade dispersion adhesive is designed to provide reliable tack and flexible bonding performance without solvent exposure, making it a more workshop-friendly option for indoor use. Built on polyvinyl acetate dispersion technology, Aquilim SG develops pressure-sensitive adhesive properties as it dries, allowing components to be bonded with firm pressure once tack is reached. The low tack formula allows components to be re-positioned frequently before bonding, making it ideal for complicated assemblies. Designed for a temporary bond, materials should be sewn, stitched, riveted, or otherwise reinforced after bonding.

- Allow the adhesive to dry until it becomes transparent and pressure-sensitive before bonding. Dry time will vary depending on temperature, humidity, material type, and coat thickness.

Application Instructions:
- Prepare surfaces: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and properly prepared. Lightly roughen smooth materials if needed.
- Apply adhesive: Apply an even coat to one or both surfaces as required by the application.
- Allow to tack: Let the adhesive dry until it becomes transparent and pressure-sensitive.
- Bond surfaces: Join components and apply firm, even pressure to achieve adhesion.
- Cure: Bond strength improves over time, with best results after approximately 24 hours.
